REGISTRATION
1. How do I register with Biddingo?
Follow the steps to complete the registration process. You will be able to login once we activate your account. This is normally done on the same day as the registration, provided that you register between 9am to 5pm EST, Monday to Friday. If you register at a time other than this, your account will be activated on the next business day.

BID PUBLISHING
1. How do I post a bid?
Subscribers and registered buyers have access to an online manual that provides a detailed tutorial of bid posting. It’s an easy step-by-step process. Should you require additional assistance, our experienced customer care department can help.
2. How do I create an invitation?
You can invite buyers and bidders to participate in a bid. Simply follow the instructions during the bid creation process. If you have created a business-to-b usiness bid, you can invite buyers and suppliers at any time. To do this, you need to login to Biddingo and click on the bid scope. You will see an invitation option. Follow the steps listed to complete the process.
3. What format of bid documents can be posted on Biddingo.com?
The system can accommodate any format as long it can be uploaded and in return be downloaded. For example: MSWord, Excel, PDF, PowerPoint, WPD, ZIP files or RFT (Rich Text Format).
4. At which step does the system save the bid information?
The completion of Step #3
5. If I’ve completed Step 3 and got disconnected from the system, where can I locate/recover the bid?
Go to the LIST OF PRE-PUBLISHED bids
6. Can I upload multiple documents?
Yes. There are no limits to the number of documents that can be uploaded.
7. If I receive a notification regarding the bid has been rejected by the Quality Control Team, what do I do?
To retrieve the bid, please click "List of Pre-published" bids, then "publish". Scroll down to step # 4, click modify. Click browse, enter a description, page number and Upload Bid document.
8. If I receive a notification regarding the amendment has been rejected by the Quality Control Team, what do I do?
To retrieve the amendment please locate the bid on the list. Click "Amendment" and then "publish". Go to Step #3, click browse; enter the document descripton, number of page(s) and "Submit attachment"
9. STEP 5 — I’m trying to invite multiple contacts from a company but get an error message in doing so?
You cannot invite multiple invitees from a company.
VENDOR MANAGEMENT
1. How do I create a Vendor Registration form?
First, you need to login to Biddingo.com with your user ID and password. Then click on 'MyBiddingo', and under the Source IT menu on the left hand side, click on 'Vendor Application Form'. Follow the steps outlined to create your own Vendor Registration form. You can upload your corporate logo and list commodity codes, for easy categorization.
2. How do I get vendors to register on my bidder’s list?
Once you have a Vendor Registration form set-up, Biddingo can post a link to it from the Vendor Registration page. The Vendor Registration page lists organizations that are accepting new suppliers or are updating their vendor lists. Any suppliers interested in opportunities from your organization will be encouraged to register.
3. How do I update my vendors?
If you do not already have a Vendor Registration form set-up, you should complete one to obtain an updated vendor list. Once you have a Vendor Registration form in place, each supplier becomes responsible for adding or updating their information in your organization's vendor directory. You can update your vendor directory at any time, by sending an invitation to your vendors to update their information. When you login to Biddingo.com, you'll be able to keep track of the vendors with the comprehensive Vendor Management tool. You can determine who qualifies for inclusion on your list, who needs to be deleted or who didn't respond.
DIRECTORY SERVICE
1. What is the Supplier Directory?
The Supplier Directory is an online database of suppliers providing various goods and services. It’s used by purchasing manager for sourcing and sending bid invitations. It’s free for Biddingo subscribers to list their company name, address and phone number. Subscribers can also upload product descriptions, images, catalogs and even list awarded contracts!
2. What are the benefits of being listed?
For Buyers

For Suppliers
- List all your products
- List warranties, delivery terms

3. Can I create my own directory?
Yes. Public and private sector organizations can create their own vendor directories to:
- Manage vendors
- Quickly locate pre-qualified suppliers
- Invite vendors to submit quotes
