This Request for Quotation (“RFQ”) is an invitation to prospective Bidders to submit Quotations to enter into a Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”) for the provision of general contractor services for the removal, supply and replacement of major components for the cooling tower at the Art Gallery of Ontario, as further described in Appendix A – Scope of Work (“Deliverables”), Appendix C – Photos and Appendix D – Drawings & Supporting Documentation, embedded in the Appendices section of this RFQ (page 15) and also posted via e-tendering portal Biddingo along with this tender.
