The City is soliciting for a qualified Consultant for mobile drug and alcohol testing services for the City of San José. 24/7 availability, 365 days per year.  

ESTIMATED QUANTITIES:  Any quantities specified herein are the City's best estimate of the quantities; however, they are not guaranteed.  Any variations from these estimated quantities shall not entitle the bidder to an adjustment in unit pricing or rates.

BASIS OF AWARD is Non-Price Determinative:  This solicitation shall be awarded based on an evaluation of  “best value” as per the evaluation criteria specified in the solicitation documents.

LOCAL/SMALL BUSINESS ENTERPRISE PREFERENCE:  The City’s Local and Small Business Enterprise (LBE/SBE) Preference is applicable to this solicitation.  If your business has an office in Santa Clara County and a valid City of San José Business Tax Certificate, then you should refer to the solicitation documents for further information on applying for this preference.  This preference may not be requested after the solicitation closing date/time.
