London, ON, August 15, 2012 - In a concerted effort to increase purchasing efficiencies, and ensure compliance with the BPS Procurement Directive, the Agreement on Internal Trade, and the to be open, fair and transparent, the London District Catholic School Board (LDCSB) has partnered with Biddingo.com, Canada’s leading electronic tendering solutions provider.
